We are so excited to welcome your family to the Take Root Forest Learning Community! Get ready for some adventure!
Now that you are ready to enroll, your first step is to fill out the below form. The form collects basic information about you and your children…tell us about each child – if they have allergies, special needs or unique diverse-abilities.
Once your form is submitted you will be sent directions on paying the Enrollment Costs. Once you pay the costs, your space will be saved.
