Forest School Year 2023/2024

In order to be placed on a wait list or to enroll with Take Root Forest School, Enrollment Costs must be paid in advance. These costs are due once a year and allow the team to plan, set rosters, and to order supplies. Enrollment Costs are not part of the tuition costs and are non-refundable. The Family Membership Fee is per family, the Registration/Supplies Fee is per child enrolling. Enrollment Costs do not apply to Forest Fun Camp registration.

Enrollment Costs – Family Membership & Registration/Supplies are non-refundable and due upon enrollment and are not included in tuition costs:
Family Membership – $350 per family. Family Membership is good for the duration of the 2023/24 Forest School Year and is non-refundable. The membership secures your place in the program and allows you to register your children. Each Family Membership includes access to Seasonal Festivals and Family Field Trips. Enrollment Costs – Family Membership & Registration/Supplies are non-refundable and are not part of the yearly tuition costs.
Registration/Supplies Fee – $250 per child. The registration and supplies fee is good for the duration of the 2023/24 Forest School Year – September 2023 to June 2024 and is non-refundable. These fees allow for budgeting and include procurement of supplies, planning of curriculum and training of the teachers. One program t-shirt per child is included in the fee. Enrollment Costs – Family Membership & Registration/Supplies are non-refundable and are not part of the yearly tuition costs.
Tuition Costs:
The Take Root Forest School Program full-year tuition can be paid in full or broken into 9 payments, due monthly from August to April. Cost is variable and based on enrollment. Payments will be set to autopay using the Brightwheel management program. Should a family decide to leave Take Root Forest School, one month advance notice is mandatory along with a full final payment. Payments for services rendered and the final month are non-refundable. Enrollment Costs – Family Membership & Registration/Supplies are non-refundable and are not part of the yearly tuition costs.
