Now that you have reviewed and read about our program, spoken with the directors and have visited the forest school location…it is time to REGISTER for the 2022/2023 Forest School Year!

First, fill out the form below. This form collects initial information about you and your children…tell us about each child – if they have allergies, special needs or unique diverseabilities. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an invoice for the Membership and Registration Fees.
Registration Costs (non-refundable and due immediately):
Family Membership – $300 per family. Membership is good for the duration of the 2022/23 Forest School Year – September 2022 to June 2023 and is non-refundable. The membership secures your place in the program and allows you to register your children. Each Family Membership includes access to Seasonal Festivals and Family Field Trips.
Registration & Supplies Fee – $250 per child. The registration and supplies fee is good for the duration of the 2022/23 Forest School Year – September 2022 to June 2023 and is non-refundable. These fees allow for budgeting and include procurement of supplies, planning of curriculum and training of the teachers. One program t-shirt per child is included in the fee.
Take Root Forest School Program tuition is broken into ONE or 9 payments, with the first payment due August 26, 2022 and final payment due April 26, 2023. Payments will be set automatically. Should a family decide to leave Take Root Forest School, one month advance notice is mandatory along with a full final payment. Payments for services rendered and the final month are non-refundable.
